Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team

Responabilities:

Identify technical faults in installations and repair

Ensure all repairs are carried out correctly and efficiently

Build positive relationships with customers.

Co-operate with the technical team and share information across the organization.

Keep updated and follow all company's filed procedures and safety regulations.

Make recommendations for improvements and upgrades to client on site and pass on proposals to management

Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc.

Complete forms, reports, logs during the day

Report to the maintenance manager daily and co-ordinate duties for next day

Requirements:

Field service experience in MEP Sector.

Ability to trouble shoot, test, repair, and service equipment.

Possess a valid and clean driving license.

Possess the wiremen's licence A.

Ability to understand electrical schematics.

Have basic IT knowledge to use laptop.

Skills:

Requires attention to detail.

Must be confident.

Problem-solving skills.

Demonstrate respect, courtesy, and a positive attitude when taking every precaution to protect client and company property.

Assistant Electrician

Basis:

Full Time

Main Duties

Electrical of Plumbing works on various industrial/commercial projects

Chasing & Laying of conduits

Installation of accessories and light fittings

Power wiring / cabling

Installation of trunking

Installation & wiring of distribution board

Laying of pipework

Assistant Plumber

Basis:

Full Time

Main Duties

Plumbing works on various industrial/commercial projects

Installation of HDPE/PE/PPR/PB pipework

Installation of sanitary ware and accessories
